Our parties are designed for groups of up to 20 children. If you're expecting more, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What age groups are the parties suitable for? ▼
Our parties are ideal for children aged 4–12. All activities are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate across this range.
How does the deposit work? ▼
A $100 e-transfer deposit secures your date. If you add any extras, a 30% deposit on the add-on total is due 10 days before your party. You can add or update extras any time — just give us 10 days notice!
Can I bring my own cake or food? ▼
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes, or food. Our space has a designated area for your cake and treats.
What is the Bright Steps family discount? ▼
Families whose child is enrolled in a Bright Steps program qualify for a reduced base price of $219 for morning and afternoon slots. This discount does not apply to the evening time slot ($215 fixed).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? ▼
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your date. We'll do our best to work with you. Deposit refund eligibility depends on the notice given.
